Old Job, No New Job (Yet)

I blogged a little while ago about the injustice of having to work in an old job when you know there is a new and much better job waiting for you. I know from experience that once you have made the conscious decision to leave a job, it becomes a lot harder to muster enthusiasm for your work.

I’ve made this decision recently with regard to my job and although I haven’t yet found the job I’ll be moving to, I’m now suffering from this same lack of enthusiasm. This is compounded by the fact that I’ve come to realize certain undeniable facts:

1. My co workers are, for the most part, idiots
2. I work in a really inconvenient area
3. I start work an hour before I’m actually awake enough to do any work
4. My printer causes me a lot of stress.
